Cancellation Policy

At The Skin Studio at Merle Norman, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. To ensure smooth operations and respect for both our clients and staff, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Appointment Cancellations: • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 20%. 2. No-Shows: • Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged 50% of the service cost. • After two no-show incidents, clients may be required to prepay for future appointments. 3. Late Arrivals: • If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment to ensure that other clients are not inconvenienced. • If rescheduling is necessary due to late arrival, the cancellation policy may apply. 4. Emergency Cancellations: • We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to an emergency. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at our discretion. 5. How to Cancel: • Cancellations can be made by calling us at (407) 862-6008 or emailing us at merlenorman@cfl.rr.com. We will confirm your cancellation once it is received. 6. Refunds: • Any deposits or prepayments made for services are non-refundable but can be applied to future services if the cancellation is made in accordance with this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. This allows us to provide the best possible service to all our clients.
